Shaun White Crash at Winter X games

Shaun White "The Flying Tomato" crashed at the Winter X games before going on to win his third consecutive gold medal Friday in the Winter X games superpipe. Before the practice 45 minutes before the final, White launched a double-cork 1080 but came up short, slamming face-first into the the pipe and sending his helmet flying to the ground. The fall left an abrasion on the Olympic snowboarding champion's left jaw.
